Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

5 Knees to elbows
10 Wallball shots
15 Kettlebell swings, 15lbs
 20 Jump rope or Jump jacks

I'm a newbie. 11.55. Don't have rings yet for knees to elbows. Did on weight bench (not as hard);). Do you have a substitute for that until rings in place?

When I started crossfit about 5 months ago my knees to elbows were more like knees to waist. Today they were the real thing!

Welcome Dee! Knees to elbows are actually done from a pull up bar which is what we are all using. ;)

8:38. I don't have a pull up bar at home yet, so i usually sub sit ups and leg lifts for the required amount of pull ups. Then my core is still getting something.

I think my time is so fast because I don't have a weighted ball for wall balls do I just use a dumb bell and act like I'm throwing it up without letting go.

Jodie & Sharon- I don't have a weight ball either (yet) and I use the heavies ball I have which is a basketball so that I can get the same form and movement. I don't mind that the ball doesn't weigh that much because I am trying to keep my upper body feminine/fit. :)
