That is how you get the cardio in.If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Dumbbell snatches, 10lb
30 Dumbbell snatches, 12lb
30 Dumbbell snatches, 15lb
20lb Dumbbell snatch, as many reps as possible
