Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

Hi I am a SAHM and I wanted to join in on these exercises I have a ways to go to loose weight but many of your exercise require weight which I have no access too how can I join in without using those.

Hi Daisy! Welcome! The best advice I can give you is to go to Target (or any sporting goods store) and buy a set of 10 lb dumbbells to start out with. They should cost under $20. Then when you are ready, go back and get a set of 15 lbs. If you absolutely cannot buy any weights, you can use gallons of milk, soup cans, or just do the same movements but without weight. You will still make progress if you push yourself. ;)

I altered it a bit, since I'm not sure how to do thrusters and my CF hubby wasn't around. Anyway, I did:
7 rounds of
7 push ups
7 box jumps
7 burpees
7 kettle bell swings
7 hollow rocks
My time: 15:38 - what a butt kicker!
