Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

I had to clump the run together, the girls weren't happy about the 90 second rests!
16:26 without rests, 26:56 if I included the 90 sec rests.
I know it's not the same, but at least I got the running done :)

Hey guys! I'm really out of shape and thinking about starting crossfit, and I'm excited about following these wod's... Do you have any tips for sticking to it? Also what do you think is the most important equipment to get at first?

Forgot to post this yesterday, 21.50 not counting the 90 second breaks (paused timer). Are we supposed to include the rests? I never know what to do!
