Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. 12:15 - first 10 bench press done with 40 lbs, but quickly changed for the remaining rounds. =)

Increased the weight to 40lb dl and bench press. Took me 9 min. Worked so many muscles. Loved it. Looking forward to the next workout

Any good links to show the "clean" press using dumbbells?

You can try to find one on youtube. Search: Crossfit dumbbell clean. There are tons of crossfit tutorials on there. I have one on my site on the right side bar but it is a dumbbell squat clean. You can do the clean the same way as with a bar and as the dumbbell squat clean but without the squat.
