Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

4.36 jump rope and 10 lb dumbbell squats... Jump rope got a knot between set 1&2 so it took a bit longer than it might have otherwise. I also ran 1.5 miles first.

Been sick for almost a week :( Finally better. Couldn't do any other WOD posted b/c can't leave house (baby napping)...so I came back to this one:

4:20 - my jump roping is becoming much better - I am proud of my little achievement! 15# squats...still need to invest in weights.

Did 5 rounds for a total of 7:16, just cause I felt like it! :)
