Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

Can't do this one today... the 210 sit ups earlier in the week gave me a sore on my tailbone. Wrong underwear choice I think :-) Lesson learned! Will do one of the track wood's that I've been avoiding.

Okay I'm new to this - so is the time per round or the entire workout? Also on the squats - is that with a bar or weight or just air squats?

I had to rearrange the WOD's this week so I'm doing this one tomorrow but I wanted to say thank you for your blog! I've been trying to figure out how to do CrossFit for several months and just don't have the time or equipment. I've been with you gals for a couple of weeks now and I'm loving it! I love seeing the comments every day and knowing that a bunch of great gals are doing it with me. I also love knowing that I'm not the only one pushing a double stroller most days :)

And my birthday is October 3rd.

This is my first posting, though I've been doing most of the workouts this week. I'm really liking doing them! They look doable (good for motivation) but are really tough (good for results!)! Love it!

I have to be super careful with my back so I had to only do crunches the last set of sit-ups. My stomach wasn't holding up very well.
