Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. First time here, time was 7:36. Mama of 2 and I've yet to work off either of my kids' pregnancy pounds. Trying to find the right balance of motivation, time and routine. Can't wait to try more! Thank you!!

8:50 arms are so jelly, started last night doing 30 burpee a before bed, I wanna believe that had some effect in my time lol. But i feel great even if it does cause I'm doing more than when I started in Jan!!!
