Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Monday 06.10.13

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 250 meters
Alternate 25 Push-ups and 25 Butterfly sit-ups every other round.

I'm bummed-track is closed across the street I tried to improvise around the parking lot but the sit-ups were about to give me that painful sore on tailbone! Nope-not doing that again!
I will try this again later.

Storming outside so I re-did Friday's workout since I had to modify severely (I was out of town). Finished in 15:00:17. All gpu's and only used 10 pound weights, didn't want to drop a weight on my head by doubling up :)

I figured out that two laps around my yard is about 25 meters. It was raining, but I had my 20mo old on the swingset and the 4 year old chasing me around in delight. Made it 7 round in 19:09 before the little one ran out of patience. And, my neighbors think I am a crazy person! :)
