Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. I used 15lb dumbbells for thrusters-- bc/ I apparently wasn't paying attention to 20 lb TOTAL. ;) oh well. Made me sweat.
Did girl push ups. In correct form, bringing chest ALL the way to the ground--OUCH. :)

Worked nights all weekend and didn't get enough sleep or good nutrition. Did Tuesdays workout 1st so arms are shaking and ran/walked in the rain because I don't have a treadmill. But it's done and I feel great (now that I don't have to do another burpee for at least 24 hours).

Five minutes. Belly hits before my nose so doing wall-pushups now. So discouraging to try and do this pregnant! Praying it helps my recovery be a little quicker at the end though.
