If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. The sit-ups seem to take forever. It's hard to move fast because it feels like it's rubbing my tailbone raw :(. Think I'll add more push-ups and dead lifts next time this one comes up.
