If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. 14:10. Push press as rxd till last 20, then had to sub 15#. KTE on floor (1st time but was doing awful ones on bar anyway so thought id do pretend ones on floor. It worked). Pretend jump rope but all boy push ups and a real run! So pleased b/c still fighting plantar facititis. Short runs are awesome! Thanks, mamas.
