18:24 I jumped across the room as far as I could, stairs outside were wet (I have a wood deck, wet deck = slippery steps), 16 lb weights. Now if I could just catch my breath :-) THANK YOU for these workouts!!!

last set of burpees were slow
squat cleans never feel right, so last two sets looked more like thrusters (20#)
also kept pulling up pants after every couple burpees (good sign right?) so ended up using an elastic to hold them up haha. time for new workout gear woo hoo!

18:20 all as rxd except that i must admit i cheated on 1st round & did hang cleans. I felt guilty so i forced myself to take more breaks so icould do squat cleans because i was just cheating myself . The last round i did full butt to floor squats so that way even though i was dead tired i was pushing myself to make up for the 1st set.
