Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Took longer than I should have, have an upper resp infection and feel icky. Thought I would try, but had to keep stopping to breathe.

So I doubled DL for first set of 21-15-9
Burpees with pushups

Up half of night with sore throat- needed to stop a few times to catch breath and try to swallow
