Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Stopped at 32:32-didn't finish the last set of bsu. Soooo slow its unreal, just couldn't adjust enough to get through. I KNOW the next time this workout comes around I'll finish AND with a better time!

pushed myself as hard as I could though, to the point of dizzy/nausea . . . not sure how I'll ever go faster, but I'm determined! I decided tonight that I will be doing the next 90 day challenge though!
