If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Warmed up with a mile run/walk combo on the treadmill. Cooled completely down, 'cause you know...I'm not really a runner, then did today's workout. I was very surprised by how sweaty I got doing this! NO breaks! :)
