If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. "Tabata Somethin Somethin"

32 rounds- 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest of:
8 rounds Back extensions (supermans)
8 rounds Push-ups
8 rounds Butterfly sit-ups
8 rounds Squats

There is no rest between exercises.

Compare to 08.05.13

If you use Spotify, search for the album 'Tabata Songs, Volume 1." It has music perfectly timed in the 20/10 intervals; they tell you when to go and stop and when it's your last round. Do one song per move.

I did 438 reps.

Will do workout later today. I put workout in the "seconds" app. You can set tabata times or other workout timers. Great free app.

Took monday off to recover from the dirty girl mud run I did on Saturday. It was so much fun and I rocked it because of these workouts. I sailed over every obstacle with ease….Not always grace but that's just me. I encourage all of you to sign up for one of these races they are fantastic.
