Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

Happy Memorial Day Mamas! I miss all of you so much. Posting these WODs and not being allowed to do them is torture only a Hiit Mama could understand. I am 2 months post op now and my surgeon is allowing me to start isolated lower body exercises.
100 squats
100 lunges
Done. Not timing because I have to go slow and take it easy and be very strict on form.
I'm coming back!!

Definitely felt the weight but could have used more weight.
3 mile trail run earlier in the day.
