If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Considering the lightning and rain pouring down in my yard, I had to forego running. Instead, I did 21-15-9 of 65lb deadlifts, push-ups (all boy), and squats.

Faster than last years and I was only doing 40lb Deadlifts. :) feels great. This week is one year that I've been following these wods!!!

I got 5 rounds in plus an extra 17 deadlifts in as my time was almost done and I wanted to finish off the time constructively.

Plus, first two rounds I did 200 single jump rope subs, the last three I subbed 50 double unders.
