Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Great workout. I gave up sugar this week as well and I've had to stay really busy to keep my mind off of my insane cravings. This helped! I didn't think about sugar once.

50:24; running is so not my thing and I just kept telling myself, "I can do hard things!" and I did it! :) 15# in each hand for the squats, so 30# total. Feeling good.
