Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. 100-foot walking lunge, carrying 30-lbs
30 box jumps, 18-inch box
20 pull-ups (assist as needed)

I'm embarrassed to post this after Britta's time, but here it is. 15:06 for only 2 rounds. That's all I had time for today and it just about killed me! Great WOD!

Running on four hours of sleep and a bladder infection, so I'll take it.
25# lunges (all I have)
10 step up/down per round. Legs felt super wobbly after lunges and didn't feel safe enough to go right into box jumps.

19:37I got confused on where I was @so I either did it @that time or did an extra pull up @21:50.

Step ups 18" instead of box. My boys chewed me out for modifying instead of doing the real thing lol but my legs were shaking!
