If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. "Freaky Fifty" 

For time:
50 box jumps, 18-inch box
50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
50 walking-lunge steps
50 knees-to-elbows
50 push presses, 20 lbs
50 back extensions (or body surfers)
50 wall-ball shots, 10 lb ball
50 burpees
50 double-unders (200 single jump)

20:20 rx'd (except 35lb PP)

Not my faster. I have been feeling old and sluggish. It felt good to complete it.

After 4 interruptions, I gave up (crying baby, crying dog, crying baby, hungry baby)- but I did make it thru the wall balls and got in 3 burpees: 21:21

Still sick and taking care of my littlest (1 1/2) who has tummy flu but glad to complete. Interesting this time is a few minutes faster than doing it backward.
