Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Did the lunges then got dizzy and had to stop. 17 weeks pregnant. My ten year old daughter finished all though, in 16:35! Proud of her!

Did 100 burpees first (making up last Monday's WOD - 10:19) then had to adjust today's a little for tired arms.
