If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. First time back since the beginning of my pregnancy. I was so exhausted all the time and it feels so good to be back and feel strong again!

No idea of my time (one child swiped my phone as an April Fool's joke). Subbed crunches for bfsu and 15# for thrusters. 16 weeks pregnant.
