If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. 8 rounds Back extensions (supermans)
8 rounds Push-ups
8 rounds Butterfly sit-ups
8 rounds Squats

There is no rest between exercises.
