Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. So it didn't register that I alternate legs each pistol so I was trying for 25 right leg then 25 left. After I got to the next round of pistols it hit me. Way harder just to do one leg straight then switch. Pistols holding onto door frame.

Straight leg dips.
Did this wod Wed as tues I ran 3/4 mile and negative weight bicep curls
