Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. 24 Front squat, 40-60 lbs
24 Cleans, 20 lbs

I was winded after round1! Definitely had to talk myself through this one.
50# dumbbell front squat, 40# hang cleans

Did a leg lift workout this afternoon and this in the evening. Really sweaty! Taking a break for a sec then running down to park to where kids are about 400 meters more!

26:02 did back squats instead of front at 45 lbs and cleans at 30 lbs.
