Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

Messed myself up on this one! At first thought the rests were only 30 seconds. Started treadmill too slow. Still managed to catch up and slightly beat last year's time. Last rest was only 60 secs; rest were 90.

24:25 (treadmill at 8.0, 8.3, 8.3, 8.8, and last four at 9.0)

I ran two miles with no breaks. I forgot to start my watch for the first mile, but I ran the second in 8:37. The first was probably similar paced.
