Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

30 dumbbell shoulder presses, 10-15 lb dumbbells
20 pull-ups (assist as needed)
10 bench dip

Jumping pull-ups the first round and than switched to push-ups other 2 rounds.

Because of the heat and my run I was very sluggish. I can't wait for cooler temps here in AZ I am tired of the heat.

Taught 1 hr cardio hip hop. Only got 3 or so hours of sleep last night. Couldn't even finish round one. Will try again tomorrow.

6:43, 20# press, jumping pull ups. Compared to 8:30 last year with much easier resistance band lat pull downs!
