Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

Friday 12.11.15

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 
10 butterfly sit-ups
20 front squats, 40-60 lbs 
30 double-unders (no subbing for singles! Do 30 DU's, even 1 at a time.)

Compare to 12.10.14

4 full rounds plus sit-ups and squats on 5th round and 3 double understand. I did one D/U at a time. 55 lb squats

30 ATTEMPTS at double unders each round. Only about 2 successes per round. Sore shins from being whipped by failure. So frustrating!

3 full rounds in about 15 min before baby needed me. Did DU one at a time and never accomplished a single one!
