Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

For time:
Run 1,000 meters
30 bench dips
30 sumo deadlift high-pulls, 20-30 lbs
30 handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
30 power snatches, 20-30 lbs
30 burpees
30 pull-ups (assist as needed)
30 thrusters, 20-30 lbs

12:05 for the rest. 20 lbs. all. Legs elevated for bench dips. Chair-assisted pull-ups. Girl push-ups instead of handstand. Needed several small breaks. Rough!

Ran 40 min. tempo run(4.87)

Modified workout, subbed jump rope for run. I am in the middle of marathon training and already running lots of miles. I also broke everything into 2 rounds because I was feeling pretty worn out after run.
