If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Yesterday I woke up to find my had dog passed away next to my bed. He was my buddy in the morning when I worked out. I'm missing him terribly.

I did that one on Monday :)
I have my pu/squat numbers written down but I remember my 2 miles was 22:20 on the elliptical. I think I'm the turtle in peanut butter- lol!
