Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. 21:59 on treadmill (first time running since May due to baby)....approx. 1 to 1.5 rests between.. and feel like I'm going to throw up 😄. Made it through though!!

Crazy snow day here this morning! Only have elliptical, and I don't like doing "sprints" on it.

Ran 3 miles then I did 1:00 sprints with about 45 seconds rest. I was running on a trail so this was easiest. Based on pace the sprints were about 300 yards.

Wanted more cardio so ended up on the stair climber for 30 mins. Tried to alternate focus on calves and glutes. 140 floors

Cranked the treadmill to 10.0. All sets were 46-47 seconds each.
