Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

25 thrusters, 20-45 lbs
25 burpees
25 sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs

That sucked. Every. Minute. Wanted to quit after 1st round- had to take several breaks. But- I didn't quit and I'm feeling accomplished and ready to tackle this Monday!

Did this last week. Killer. Just FYI - the crossfit website recommended to them 45# which is really light so I went light too.

4 rds + 25 thrusters + 20 burpees
20# all

3 yr old did a class at the re center so I was able to do a rowing wod.

2-3-4-5-4-3-2 min row hard
2 min row easy between each round
7360m in the 37 mins

Now I can barely walk. 😁

Also tried 10 mins of DU practice. Lots of whip marks and not a single one!!!

3 rounds 20# by the end thruster and deadlifts were not really deep, but I completed it!

4 rounds plus 35 thrusters and 10 burpees
Started with 30# and switched to 20# half way through third round. That was a killer!

This was ridiculously tough for me. Those horrible burpees took me a long time to get through.
I need to get this extra weigh off!
