Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 sumo deadlift high pulls, 20-45 lbs
10 push presses, 20-45 lbs

Post load and rounds completed to comments.

no caffeine
no soda
drink water
no alcohol
 fruit or veggie snacks

5 toes to bar, straight legs, on floor
5 knees to elbows, on floor
10 donkey kicks, left leg
10 donkey kicks, right leg
20 body surfers
20 hip raises w/ 8#
That was hard and exhausting! Took me just under 30 minutes.

Wow! I almost added this to the end of my workout today- it's always the ones that look easy that seem tough!
