If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Half of first round was doubles. Called it quits on the doubles after almost taking off my big toe on both feet.

200m farmer's carry, 25# plates
100m walking lunges
50m bear crawl

3 rounds + 200m carry + 10m lunges

Vs 3 rounds + 100m carry (3/30)
