Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in. If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. Make sure and post your time in the comment section so you can track your progress! Also, there are video demos of each exercise we do down the right side bar.

Saw that I had added a 30 burpee challenge the past few times I've done this.
30 full burpees in 1:59 (vs 2:12)

About 1.5 minutes slower but deeper on squats.

11:30, 10# for all because it was 9:30 and if I was gonna actually exercise today, then I was gonna do it in my jeans and with the dumbbell that was hanging out in my room! Just glad I accomplished it today!

17:58. I'm a day behind b/c I was too sore yesterday to do more squats. Started out with 20# but dropped those in the first round and did the rest without weight.
