Hiit Mama workouts are timed so time yourself and go as FAST AS YOU CAN!! That is how you get the cardio in.If you are a new Hiit Mama, just start with the workout of the day (WOD)...no need to go back to the first post because we will eventually repeat all those workouts. 50 double-unders (sub 200 single)
13:45 10 lb dumbells Double unders First round I did one arm power snatches. Last 3 rounds I did both arms at the same time. No jump rope so I pretended to have one. First week back doing this in a long time....I'm dying here 😊
